Cancellation Options – Moroccan Surf Package

At Moroccan Surf Package, we understand that plans may change, and we want to provide you with flexible cancellation options. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand your available options:

1. Standard Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your surf package booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• Cancellation more than 30 days before the start date of the surf package: 10% of the total package price.
• Cancellation between 15 to 30 days before the start date of the surf package: 30% of the total package price.
• Cancellation between 7 to 14 days before the start date of the surf package: 50% of the total package price.
• Cancellation within 7 days of the start date of the surf package: 100% of the total package price.

2. Flexible Booking Option: For added peace of mind, we offer a Flexible Booking Option that allows you to reschedule your surf package without incurring any cancellation fees. If your plans change, you can notify us at least 15 days before the start date of your original booking, and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date for your surf adventure.

3. COVID-19 Related Cancellations: In case your travel plans are impacted by COVID-19 restrictions, we will be flexible and understanding of the situation. If your trip is affected due to travel bans, border closures, or health concerns related to COVID-19, you can choose from the following options:

• Postponement: Reschedule your surf package for a later date without any change fees.
• Credit: Receive a credit for the amount paid, which can be used towards any future surf package booking.
• Refund: If postponement or credit options are not feasible, we will process a full refund for your booking.
